Ignacio Bravo
Ignacio Bravo received his BSc (1996), MSc (2000) and PhD (2007) from the University of Alcala (Madrid, Spain) in the area of Electronics. He is currently an Associate Professor (2009) in the Electronics Department of University of Alcala. His research areas are focused on Embedded Systems applied to image and/or data processing oriented to the development of Smart Spaces. He is a co-author of more than 35 articles published in JCR and has more than 100 contributions for conferences.
Dr. Bravo has participated in Erasmus+ KA2 since 2014. #europehome project (2014-2017) has been his first collaboration focused on the promotion of international placements and cooperation with companies. In project #EMPL-OI (2015-2018), Dr. Bravo is promoting social entrepreneurship and placement activities for students. He is a coordinator of CAPQI (2016-2018) project aimed at establishing student placement standards as well as the evaluation and classification of placements based on the opinion of students. He has vast experience in International Mobility promoting bilateral collaborations, in particular in Brazil, US, UK, Ireland, France or Finland.
Mona Herter
Mona Herter is the current Secretary General of JADE - the European Confederation of Junior Enterprises. JADE is an umbrella organization of more than 300 student-run businesses across 250 universities in 14 European countries. Following the motto "learning-by-doing", our students bridge the gap between academia and the real business world. By running non-profit SMEs and being social entrepreneurs, these students turn over 16 million euros per year and involve more than 20,000 peers, thus leaving a significant impact on the local and national business world. Mona is directing the departments of Communication, Enlargement and Training. She is responsible for the contact within the European network as well as with JADEs international partner networks in Brasil, Tunisia, Canada and USA. Besides, Mona is working on the global diffusion of the Junior Enterprise Concept.
Mona is has graduated as Master of Science in Management Engineering in a double degree modality at UPC BarcelonaTech (Spain) and Politècnico di Torino (Italy). Before her Master's degree, she obtained the degree Bachelor of Engineering in Textile Technology and -Management. She has also worked in the corporate sector in Product Development in the Apparel and Sports industry.
Martins Jansons
Martins Jansons is a founder and innovator at Adepts Creative Industries in London, UK and a co-founder of Collective Intelligence Research Centre in Riga, Latvia. He is a lecturer and workshop leader focusing on topics like future on information society, games & playful learning, gamification and swarm intelligence. Martins Jansons is a mentor at the Young Entrepreneur University, at the University of Latvia, Faculty of Business and Management. Antonio Guerrero
Antonio Guerrero is a Telecomm Engineer graduated in Alcalá University (UAH) in 1983, and has been teaching in the Polytechnic Faculty of this university since 1984 in diverse areas, initially in Electronics and later in Computing. Nowadays he is Associate Professor in the Department of Automatics in the Polytechnic Faculty of UAH. Since 1988 until 2012 he has been member of the Dean's team of the Polytechnic Faculty with tasks related to academic organization, relations with companies and Erasmus programme coordination. Since 2013 he has become member of the Vicerrectorate of International Relations in UAH as Institutional Erasmus Coordinator and Director of International Relations with Europe.
Mr Guerrero has participated in Erasmus+ KA2 action since its creation in 2014. He is the director of #EUROPEHOME project (2014-2017), which has been the first Erasmus+ project leaded by UAH, focused on the promotion of international placements and cooperation with companies. In #EMPL-OI project (2015-2018), led by University of nice (France), Mr Guerrero is also helping in the promotion of social entrepreneurship and placement activities for international students. Mr Guerrero is also coordinating the KA107 projects of Alcalá University, which provides mobilities to students and staff between EU countries and associate countries in the rest of the world.
Gorka Guerrero Ruiz
Gorka Guerrero works as a Web Developer for the Erasmus Student Network (ESN). He is main in charge of the web developments of the platform ErasmusIntern.org and the aspects of quality internship. Gorka has a strong background in student organisations from local, national and international level. From being an active student and graduate of the Computer Engineering programme at Universidad de Zaragoza.
Elisabeth Pereira
Is Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering and Tourism (DEGEIT) of the University of Aveiro (Portugal), where she teaches at the undergraduate and graduate levels, and coordinates International Mobility programmes. She is full researcher in the field of Competitiveness and Innovation at GOVCOPP research unit. She was Chair of the Subject Committee of Economics and Business Administration of Campus Europae – European University Foundation. She has been Member and Chair of the Economics and Business panel of the Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT). She holds a MSc on Economics and a PhD in Business and Economics Competitiveness.
She has been supervisor and examiner of national and international M.Sc. and PhD theses. She is author of several dozen articles published in international indexed scientific journals and conferences, as well some books, book chapters and institutional reports. She is also reviewer of national and international journals. At a project research level she is involved in several national and international projects, as coordinator and researcher, in the fields of competitiveness and innovation. She has been involved as coordinator and lecturer in several international summer schools, as well as chair and member of scientific committee on international conferences.
