Collective Intelligence Research Centre (CiRC) is an NGO society established for purposes of research, development and maintenance of models, methods and tools for improved collaboration within society. CiRC competences include information communication technologies, education games, development of innovative learning methods and currently implemented projects are related to the development of collective intelligence models.
